I worked with Sage over the last two months, mainly on Quant, with some focus on Data Insights. He is an excellent tutor. What stood out most was his ability to teach non-traditional problem-solving strategies like testing cases, smart numbers, estimation, and plugging in small numbers, which helped me move away from my instinct of relying too heavily on algebra. He is clearly very smart, highly experienced, and great to work with. His lessons were practical and his worksheets were also very helpful in reinforcing the strategies he teaches. Overall, he had a real impact on my preparation, and I would strongly recommend him to anyone looking to improve their GMAT score.

Tutoring with Marie was a valuable part of my accelerated GMAT prep. She brought a very structured and thoughtful approach to each session, and I appreciated how she broke down complex problems into repeatable methods. Her organization and teaching style helped me build confidence in areas I previously struggled with. One exceptionally valuable piece I didn't anticipate from the outset was Marie's consistent focus on the reps and cadence needed to really get comfortable with both the material and test taking. When application deadlines were looming, it really helped me gauge my true progress and plan my study and overall testing timeline accordingly. Working with Marie was awesome! I came to her specifically looking to improve my Quant and DI scores on the GMAT, and she delivered. I had put in quite a bit of time self-studying before seeking out a tutor, and in hindsight I wish I wouldn't have waited so long. Marie's deep experience as a teacher and with this test specifically would have saved me months of studying. In particular, Marie's quant lessons were super valuable, she has really perfected her methods for teaching this content. In addition to that, Marie really cares about her students. She was very generous with her time and went above and beyond to make sure I was successful! Beyond teaching the hard skills, she was great at keeping me motivated and helping me handle test day nerves.
