About Xin

I spent years in strategy and operations across PE, M&A, and large-scale commercial transformations before breaking into McKinsey, earning the highest scores across every interview dimension. Before consulting, I worked at the intersection of commercial strategy and complex technical programs at a Fortune 500 company, giving me a depth of real business judgment that most coaches simply don't have. I hold dual master's degrees in Finance and IT Management from top European and Asian institutions, and I've lived and worked across multiple continents — so wherever you're applying from, I get the context.
