It was my first session with James. He came in prepared, already have read my resume and linkedln profile. We went through my resume in very detailed manner, such as slightly changing the formats, updating few sections, and choosing the most important experience to highlight. He gave me very honest feedbacks on how to approach job search and actionable next steps. James also gave me some tips when reaching out to my school Alumni on linkedln. Definitely recommend James for coaching/mentoring! I plan to book another session in two weeks or so.
