About Alison

For a long time, I had the résumé that was supposed to mean I had it together. P&G, Wharton, BCG - a series of moves that looked confident and deliberate from the outside. And a lot of the time, they were. But underneath that, I still had moments of feeling completely lost. Unsure if I was on the right path, wondering if I was capable of more, and not knowing how to figure that out. The arc looks clean in hindsight. In the middle of it, it didn't always feel that way. What helped me navigate it were mentors, coaches, and honest conversations that gave me the clarity I couldn't find on my own - and the confidence to keep making bold moves even when I wasn't sure they'd pay off.
