I had a chance to work with Apurva in two different groups on two different projects. Apurva is a detail oriented and a highly organized individual. Somehow she was able to fill the gap between the partners, managers and engineers using her own unique approach. And the result of that was always nicely balanced and pragmatic product plans. There was no subjects out of her reach. While dealing with a previously unknown area she exhibited studiousness and an outstanding focus on the end result. In addition, she is simply a wonderful personality. It was a pleasure to work with her.

Apurva oversaw my product management internship at A9.com (Amazon Search) in the summer of 2017. Apurva is an outstanding product management leader for several reasons. First, she demonstrated deep insights into customers in e-commerce. She intuitively understood customer needs at a qualitative level, and had strong analytical skills to distill customer insights quantitatively. Second, Apurva was an effective manager who successfully supervised multiple product management initiatives simultaneously. She had a keen awareness of organizational dynamics, and worked effectively with both executive stakeholders and project teams to create tangible impact. Finally, Apurva was a great coach and had a clear interest in helping her colleagues succeed. Overall, I really enjoyed working with Apurva and can confidently recommend her as a product management leader.

James was incredibly helpful for me to go from 0 to 1 on my take home assignment! I come in with no formal PM experience and this is my very first case. He was extremely helpful in guiding me on all the relevant considerations specific to my case that I should include, especially with pointers of common mistakes APMs make and how to level up my analysis.
