I built products as lead product manager of the billing and payments space for Amazon Freight , a startup that connects shippers of goods with carriers using its empty trailer runs. I led Product development through strategy formulation, user research, and requirements gathering while collaborating across 6+ stakeholder groups to ensure delivery of 4 0->1 launches. I led 15+ incremental improvements and created scalable processes while growing the team from 1 to 6 team members. Led cross functional on-shore and off-shore teams. Overall, I created a three year strategy document and presented in to VPs and Directors in 2020 and executed on the vision across 2020, 2021 and 2022.
