About Marie
A creative product leader at a top e-comm startup. I've been a key interviewer/hiring manager for 10+ positions, including every Product intern at ButcherBox, and mentored junior PMs. At ButcherBox, I started as a copywriter, then found myself more and more interested in User Experience and Design. I did not possess any background in "technical" areas such as coding or data. In 2019, I began my Product journey, and eventually rose to Senior Product Manager over the course of 7 years. In that time, I've owned product strategy, roadmap, and execution across every domain in the company, from acquisition and retention in the early years, to my current 3 verticals, which include shipping and delivery, customer support, and billing. Since then, I've become the go-to person for high-complexity, and yes technical, projects.
