As a current MBA student at Harvard Business School and a former Senior Manager at YES Network, I bring a unique blend of strategic insight and industry experience to my coaching. My background in consulting at L.E.K. Consulting and sports media allows me to offer specialized guidance to MBA candidates, particularly those with interests in sports or media. I have also been through the Deferred MBA admissions process, having secured admission to Kellogg and Darden during my time at Northwestern. I help candidates navigate the MBA journey end to end because I have personally gone through every stage of it and understand how tightly admissions decisions and post-MBA outcomes are linked. From GMAT strategy and school selection to regional trade-offs, cost-benefit analysis, scholarships, networking, interviews and final admit decisions, I have built and executed this process myself across US, European, and Indian business schools. I did not treat the MBA as a checkbox. I approached it as a strategic investment and designed my application and career plan accordingly. Since 2021, I have coached 18 candidates who have gone on to top-20 business schools. I work with clients to define their long-term career direction, shape a credible narrative and position them as candidates who know why they are pursuing an MBA and what they plan to do with it. This includes supporting professionals looking to change sector, function and region - A transition I successfully made myself during my MBA. Beyond admissions, I help clients prepare for post-MBA recruiting in consulting, leadership programs and big tech by aligning their MBA choices with realistic career outcomes. My goal is not just to help you get in, but to ensure the MBA works for you long after acceptance!

I have extensive experience coaching across all aspects of MBA admissions: 1. I have helped 30+ students get into top MBA programs, including HBS, Stanford GSB, Wharton, etc. I also have experience helping several students get into top executive or non-traditional programs (Stanford MSx, Wharton EMBA, etc.). 2. I am a former professional writer, and I have helped all of students brainstorm, recraft, tune, and edit their essays. 3. I spent years tutoring standardized tests (GRE, GMAT, SAT). While I no longer offer tutoring services, I can help you develop a study plan and tackle weak points. 4. I am a professional resume reviewer for both MBA admissions and consulting applications.

I have completed my MBA at Stanford and an MPA at the Harvard Kennedy School, and I was a Recruiting Director for BCG Boston's Empower program - a recruiting program focusing on Black and Latinx MBA candidates. I have a lot of experience supporting individuals with non-traditional backgrounds who are considering an MBA or a career in consulting. I have also supported a lot of candidates from Latin America, and coming from minority backgrounds. Since 2017, I have advised 10+ individuals applying to top MBA programs. For example, during my time at BCG, I have helped associates applying to top schools, deciding whether to pursue a dual-degree, choosing schools etc. I have also supported members of other networks who were interested in applying, especially from Latin America. Some of my coachees have been admitted to top schools, such as Stanford, MIT, HBS, Wharton and others.
