I really enjoyed the MBA admissions process and want to help guide candidates through a fulfilling process of deep introspection.

Over the years, beginning with my time as a Neuroscience and Western European Politics double-major at Emory University, I have learned that excellent writing always tells a story. Applying this lesson in practice has paid off. As a Master's student in Neuroscience at Princeton University, I received the most prestigious STEM fellowship available to graduate students in the United States, the NSF-GRFP. Similarly, after spending the next few years working as a consultant at a strategy consulting firm, I am now attending the Wharton School at UPenn as an MBA Moelis Advance Access Fellow. Alongside these successes, I have helped aspiring college and graduate students write impressive resumes, cover letters, CVs, research statements, statements of purpose, personal statements, and fellowship applications. This has, in turn, helped my deserving mentees land their places at several elite colleges and graduate schools. Inspired by their success, I am here to help you achieve the same! I grew up in Russia and I had the privilege of studying at the Higher School of Economics, where I graduated with honors. My career began at EY - Transaction Advisory Services in Moscow, where I juggled a demanding full-time job with a full-time master’s program. In 2017, my work paid off with an international transfer to EY Boston. By 2022, I had realized a dream by joining the MBA program at Harvard Business School. Beyond my professional life, I’ve spent the last 15 years mentoring students in Moscow and Boston through UStrive, and engaging in social consulting projects with non-profits in Boston.

So far, I've informally coached a handful of undergraduates as they navigate the journey I went through not too long ago to help them secure their dream schools. I graduated from Harvard Business School and have 10+ years of coaching experience. I have helped numerous clients get into Harvard, Stanford, Wharton and M7 as well as land jobs in banking & investing. I previously worked for the University of Michigan career center helping students apply for investment banking jobs and have reviewed hundreds of resumes, cover letters and mock interviews. I have also spent many years working with non-profits such as Synergist to mentor college women interested in business and finance and Minds Matter to help first-generation high school students apply to college. I take a hands-on approach and strive to help every one of my clients reflect their best true potential.
