About Alice

Hi! My name is Alice. I graduated from Harvard Business School and am passionate about coaching and mentorship. I have over 10+ years of coaching experience and have helped numerous clients land M7 schools and jobs in finance. My career started in finance where I worked in investment banking and growth equity, covering tech companies. Now, I am working in entrepreneurship as a founder of a women's health startup. My super power is story-telling. I love getting to know my clients and their many layers + helping them construct a narrative that is powerful, compelling and authentic. If you work with me, I always start with a personal deep-dive exercise where we reflect on your upbringing, hobbies, passions, and life experiences, and together we'll pull out the most important themes for your application. I also help assist with stylistic support to craft the right tone, as well as grammatical support for your essays. After nearly a decade of experience mentoring and coaching students, I have a deep sense of what schools and companies are looking for. I have been a freelance coach for college and business school application processes and have successfully helped clients land their dream outcomes at Harvard, Stanford, Wharton, MIT, and more.
