About Julia

I grew up thinking I wanted to be a scientist. I studied biotechnology, loved learning, and had a clear picture of what success was supposed to look like. But when I graduated, I realized that path wasn’t for me... I wanted more variety, more impact, more life!! That decision was the first of many pivots - across countries, careers, and versions of myself. I’ve lived in five cities across three continents. I’ve felt stuck, burned out, and lost… and I’ve also felt inspired, energized, and proud of taking risks. I worked at McKinsey for several years, led teams, worked with CEOs, and learned what it means to perform at a high level, while also learning how to check in with myself and redefine success on my own terms. Coaching for me isn’t just about landing the job or making the right move. It’s about helping people reconnect with who they are, what they want, and how to move forward with purpose. I ask tough questions, bring empathy and clarity, and I care deeply about the people I work with.
