I spent two years as an Associate Director of Admissions at the University of Michigan, Ross School of Business, a top-10 program, reviewing thousands of applications. I have also been at Uber for nearly 5 years, starting in recruitment and talent acquisition before moving into Chief of Staff, and Strategy & Planning (program management) roles. I’ve been recognized with multiple awards at Uber during my tenure and was a featured Speaker at the Grace Hopper Celebration (GHC) in Chicago in 2025. I have supported Admissions interviews for candidates in to the Chicago Booth part-time MBA program so I have a strong sense of what it takes to gain successful admission. During my application process, I only considered 2 part-time programs (Booth & Kellogg) and was able to attain admission to both.
