Welcome to my profile! I was accepted into deferred MBA programs at the Harvard Business School and Wharton School of Business after graduating from a non-target school with an 82% acceptance rate. I had big dreams in undergrad: get into an M7 business school. But, I had no connections, no target background, and no clue how to get there. I share this because if I can do it, you can too. My journey taught me the power of authentic storytelling. Allow me to share my experience and help you craft a striking application, bringing your unique story to light.

Stanford MBA / Stanford + Harvard JD admitee. I got into these programs after years of GMAT/LSAT study and concerted research on every element of the application process. I was asked to interview for Stanford MBA on day 1 and I was interviewed by Mary Barra (CEO of General Motors), so I have intimidating interview prep experience. I was accepted without being waitlisted. Looking back, I had an abysmal starting point, with a very naive concept of what a sterling essay or LoR might look like. But I meticulously sought out how to craft each element masterfully. I also developed a study plan that got me to a 770 GMAT (51 on math after a middling score) and helped me ace the logic and nearly ace the logical reasoning sections of the LSAT. I had spent over a year studying for the GMAT only to have a middle-of-the-road math score. Then I diligently pieced together a plan by studying those who aced the math portion and bumped my score to 51 (effectively the max) on the GMAT math. I did something similar for the LSAT logic sections (3/4 of the test). My pitch: I will concisely help you get from mediocre to maximum on every element of your application and test-taking process for MBA and JD programs. I have helped multiple people, with a relatively small amount of time and tight timeframe, get into Yale's JD program and interview for Stanford's MBA program with guidance it took me years to distill. I'll do the same for you. Once at Stanford, I led an initiative among 100+ incoming Stanford GSB students to collaboratively prepare for advanced-level coursework, resulting in the highest number of students in advanced courses in the school's history. Multiple classmates went on to pursue highly technical careers in part because of it. I'll help you strategize for this too!

As a MBA graduate and full-merit scholar (awarded Forte Fellowship) from the Berkeley Haas School of Business - in addition to being admitted to Wharton and Columbia Business school for full-time MBA programs with scholarships - I can advise you on storytelling, interview prep, writing and editing essays that will get you a (strong) step closer to getting into your dream school. I had the rare opportunity of being one of ~30 students per year to take the class by the former HBS/GSB Dean of Admissions, where we dove into the ins & outs of what a good MBA resume looks like, what a good interview looks like, and how they align with the values of our school. I myself applied and was accepted into four M7 programs, and have a network extending beyond that I can tap into for you. Despite being from an overrepresented demographic, I managed to get accepted into all three programs that I applied for (INSEAD, Oxford, and Berkeley). Additionally, I had major financial and time constraints because I already had 2 children (at the age of 28!) before applying to business school. I'm not a naturally good test-taker so I had to be both efficient and creative to pull this off. I was able to get into these programs because I'm strategic, resourceful, and know how to craft a story with the audience in mind. I have a lot of experience teaching/training and am excited to help you craft your story and demonstrate to admission committees that you are unique and that you have a lot of value to add to their programs.
