Welcome to my profile! I recently graduated with my MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. During my time in grad school, I was a member of the admissions committee; between this experience and the experience of applying to schools myself, I have quite a few insights into the MBA admissions process. I've successfully coached a few clients thus far, helping them craft compelling applications that highlight their unique strengths and experiences which help them stand out amongst applicants. As a unicorn, dual MBA admit (accepted into HBS and GSB), I have a unique ability to transcend each applicants unique story into a highly compelling application. I am particularly familiar with the ins and outs of application dynamics at HBS, GSB, Booth, Penn, Wharton, Kellogg, MIT, Columbia, and Haas. I prefer working with a small quantity of seasonal applicants (as opposed to as many as possible) and ensuring that I can give 110% to each client. I decided to apply to deferred MBA programs just over two months before the Stanford GSB applications were due, helping other friends with their applications along the way. I am not an admissions expert! I am simply someone who has experienced the MBA process firsthand and with excellent coaches (shout out to my MLT MBAP coach Natasha!). I applied to 5 programs and secured MBA offers from 4: Stanford GSB, Wharton, MIT, and Tuck ($140k fellowship). The process was long, arduous, and at times emotionally taxing, but one of the most reflective periods of my life. I am passionate about supporting others through this process and helping you craft a compelling application that is true to your story. I got into Stanford GSB's deferred MBA program and have helped hundreds of college students navigate similar paths through founding HeadStart Fellowship. Over the past few years, I've coached students who've landed deferred admits at top programs, including another Stanford GSB acceptance. My approach is straightforward: I know what works because I just went through it. I understand the entire process from GMAT prep and essay strategy to school selection and career positioning. Having worked in private equity and now building my own company, I get both the traditional finance path and the entrepreneurship route that many deferred programs value. What makes my coaching different is that I'm not decades removed from the college experience. I graduated from UT Austin last year, so I understand the real challenges students face today. Through HeadStart Fellowship, I've seen what separates students who get into top programs from those who don't. It's not about having perfect stats or the "right" background. It's about telling a story only you can tell and positioning yourself authentically. I focus on helping students discover and articulate their unique value proposition, then build applications that showcase genuine impact and clear future vision. Dual-MBA/Masters from Yale SOM and HEC Paris with 4+ years of interviewing experiences and 2+ years of Management Consulting. I bring a great deal of knowledge and experience to help you navigate and land in a great Masters program and succeed in your post-MBA career. I'm an expert in interviewing, having interviewed hundreds of applicants between Amazon and management consulting, both of which are very challenging interview formats. I have reviewed and written a large number of MBA admissions essays and have been praised for my writing ability and command of language. I personally used my MBA experience to make the triple jump: Industry, function, and geography - and I'd be glad to coach you on doing that or other career decisions you're considering. I'm particularly passionate about helping American candidates apply to International MBA programs and helping international candidates feel prepared for US-based schools.
