Having graduated with honors from NYU and getting my MBA from Columbia Business School I bring a rich understanding of the academic landscape. My diverse background includes roles as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at Stanford Medicine and a board member for US Biathlon, where I honed my skills in leadership and mentorship. As the first in my family to attend college who earned a full-ride scholarship to UC Berkeley, I deeply understand the stakes, challenges, and emotional weight of the college application process—especially for students navigating it without a roadmap. 4 years ago, I got into every UC I applied to. Now as a senior at UCLA, I want to help mentor students on how to get into their dream school. From crafting your personal statement to refining extracurriculars, I want to be a guide to underclassmen in their college decision journey.

I’m qualified to coach college applications because I’ve successfully navigated highly selective academic environments, earning a strong foundation in Business and Finance from the McCombs School of Business and studying internationally at the London School of Economics. My professional experience at Bloomberg and J.P. Morgan trained me to evaluate strengths, identify gaps, and present compelling narratives to high-stakes audiences. I understand that admissions decisions are driven by clarity of story, confidence, and positioning—not just grades and test scores. As a life coach, I help students overcome self-doubt, manage complex timelines, and articulate their goals with authenticity and purpose. I bridge the gap between academic achievement and real-world readiness, helping students present who they are and who they are becoming.

As an immigrant to the US educated entirely in the public education system, I independently navigated the application and admissions processes for American undergraduate programs (without any coaching!) I applied to twenty universities (Public & Private) and succeeded in being admitted nearly everywhere I applied, including several Ivy League colleges like Brown, Dartmouth, Yale, as well as Stanford. While I was applying to colleges, I was also applying to many scholarships offered by universities and external scholarships, before ultimately deciding to attend Vanderbilt University, where I received a full merit scholarship. During my time at Vanderbilt, I applied to and received various additional scholarships to fund study abroad and international work experiences, including a FLAS fellowship and the Fulbright program (which I declined due to an offer to join the UN). I overcame a 5% acceptance rate to the UC Berkeley Haas School of Business as a community college transfer. Since my own admittance, I have been deeply involved in helping several transfer students make their own jump to a 4 year university. I have expertise in helping students craft a compelling personal narrative and package together an application that will catch the eye of an admissions team. I also came from a single mother background, and finding scholarships to supplement my financial aid was crucial for me to attend univeristy. I can share my tips and tricks for securing over $20k in independent scholarships, from the sourcing process to the actual application (which often includes an essay).

As a first-generation college student and graduate of Harvard University, I know firsthand how powerful the right guidance can be. My background as a marketing consultant also means I bring a strong storytelling and strategy lens to every application. As a Stanford student who was also admitted to Harvard, Yale, and Wharton (to name a few), I’ve experienced firsthand what it takes to stand out in the highly competitive college admissions process. My work as a mentor with the Summer Science Program and as a tutor with Curious Cardinals has honed my ability to help students identify and communicate their authentic stories with confidence. As an Admissions Counselor with College Choice Counseling, I specialize in guiding prospective students through the intricate college application process. With a strong academic background, including admission to Harvard School of Dental Medicine––where I currently study––and a magna cum laude Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from Brigham Young University, I bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to my coaching. I have successfully tutored students for the Dental Admission Test (DAT) and provided personalized feedback on undergraduate and graduate school applications. Additionally, my role as a First Lieutenant in the US Army's Health Professions Scholarship Program has honed my leadership and communication skills.
