Seasoned management consultant with experience progressing from an MBA intern to Associate Partner at Deloitte Digital before leading the NYC Region for IDEO, the world's leading design firm. Expert in digital product strategy, user research, prototyping, and new business standup. As a career switcher I am passionate about working with those of all backgrounds as they prep for management consulting interviews. On Consulting Case Interview prep: I interviewed candidates for BCG. Furthermore, as a Recruiting Director for our Empower Program (a recruiting program focused on Black and Latinx MBA candidates), I was personally responsible for preparing ~15-20 high-potential candidates, and achieved a historically high admission rate. Throughout my time at BCG, I helped dozens of candidates coming out of undergrad and grad school prepare for case interviews.

I am an ex-Bain with over 9 years of experience. Having been interviewed by several strategy consulting companies before starting my consulting career and having interviewed over 1,200 candidates across various seniority levels, I have a deep understanding of how the application process feels and what consulting firms look for. In addition, I have been a mentor and coach for over 9 years for former colleagues at Bain & Company as well as for selected individuals from my alma mater, ESCP Business School, Studienstiftung des deutschen Volkes, and Schmalenbach-Stiftung.
