About Saharra
Hi! I'm a Wharton MBA grad and former BCG consultant, offering support to those pursuing MBA admissions and management consulting careers. A little background on me: During college at USC, I picked up the political bug and took a leave of absence from school to work for Nancy Pelosi in the U.S. Capitol. After completing my degree, I worked at several leading political organizations in D.C. and in the Biden White House as an advisor to a Cabinet member. Later, I attended the Wharton MBA program on a $115K merit scholarship (received full rides from Chicago Booth, MIT Sloan, Yale SOM, and Dartmouth Tuck), where I worked with candidates in a student admissions role. Most recently, I worked as a management consultant at BCG in the NYC office, where I served in multiple recruiting roles and interviewed candidates. In my free time, I enjoy yoga, pilates, and traveling with friends. Excited to work with you and help you achieve your goals!
Why do I coach?
Throughout my career and my own MBA admissions process, I've relied on so many incredible mentors and coaches who have broadened my perspective by sharing their personal experiences. As a woman and a person of color, it is really meaningful to support those who look like me on their professional journey. I want to de-mystify the process and expand access, so that others can build meaningful careers and personal wealth.
