I'm a former Bain consultant and spent several years helping dozens of potential MBB candidates practice case interviews, prepare applications, and network. I come from a non-business major (Computer Science) and can help STEM students optimize their resumes, interviews, and recruiting strategy to stand out. During my time at Bain, I spent over a year and a half in the Private Equity Group. I also did a number of growth strategy and performance improvement cases for large companies in the Tech, Telecommunications, and Education industries. After almost 3 years at Bain, I left to join a venture-capital fund. Since then, I've joined a high-growth startup as a product manager. I can speak to intentional professional development in an MBB environment and the transition from consulting to VC/tech startup ecosystem.

I am a Co-Active certified, International Coaching Federation accredited executive coach with a background in mindfulness and movement. My background also includes 2 years as an Associate Consultant at a boutique strategy consulting firm, as well as 9 years at the Bridgespan Group (sibling to Bain & Co.) post-MBA where I was promoted from Consultant, to Case Team Leader, to Principal. I have deep experience in the consulting lifecycle, including recruiting, onboarding, promotion. While at Bridgespan, I led Associate Consultant and Consultant recruiting for our office, coordinating closely with global operations. I reviewed resumes and interviewed hundreds of candidates, both in case interviews and behavioral interviews.
