Earlier in my career, I spent over 9 years in management consulting at Accenture, where I partnered with Fortune 100 companies across CPG, tech, retail, fintech, healthcare, and media & entertainment. That breadth of exposure gave me a strong understanding of how different business models operate and what it takes to drive alignment and results in complex environments. I have deep experience launching 0 to 1 products and scaling them across global markets. I thrive on building go-to-market engines from the ground up, crafting clear positioning, and driving execution across cross-functional teams.

I am the only student to receive offers from both Bain and McKinsey from UC Santa Barbara. I just went through the networking and interview process, so tips and tricks are fresh on my mind compared to people who have left MBB after doing their time there. I have coached 7 friends into offers at Bain, McKinsey, LEK, Strategy&, EY, and PwC. I have also coached friends into Bain, McKinsey, BCG, LEK, Oliver Wyman, and Big 4 final round interviews.

I recruited into Bain & Company out of Indiana University Bloomington, a non-target school, competing against candidates from programs with far more established consulting pipelines. I know firsthand what it takes to build a resume that gets noticed, craft a story that resonates with MBB interviewers, and perform in both behavioral and case interviews at the level these firms expect. At Bain I went on to test and evaluate AC candidates myself, giving me perspective from both sides of the table. I have since made a deliberate transition into a strategy role at LinkedIn, and bring a current, honest view of what the path from non-target school to MBB actually looks like and what it takes to navigate it successfully.

I didn’t take the traditional path into consulting. I began my career in Audit at Deloitte, then made an internal pivot into Strategy Consulting, where I led high-impact projects for global clients and partnered with senior stakeholders to drive operational improvements. That experience taught me how to position myself without a classic “case interview” route and more importantly, how to translate non-consulting skills into a compelling, credible story. Now, as an MBA student at London Business School, I help aspiring consultants, especially career changers, navigate the process with confidence. I can support you in crafting your consulting narrative, building a networking strategy that actually gets replies, and learning how to “speak the language” of a consultant when you come from another industry. I also coach on the softer but equally important side: what a day in consulting really looks like, what top firms value in new hires, and how to highlight those skills in interviews and coffee chats.
