I spent 3 years on our recruiting team for Southern California schools as my firm initiative or 'extracurricular', co-leading recruitment for the Claremont Colleges and supporting recruitment at USC and UCLA in addition to my client work. I reached final round interviews at McKinsey, Bain, BCG, Deloitte, and Accenture and ended up selecting McKinsey for my internship junior year before returning there full time for ~3 years. I was an assigned interview buddy/coach at McKinsey, and was a first and second round interviewer for Interns/BAs/Associates in the Cleveland office.
