Hello! I've helped hundreds of individuals navigate their first years in management consulting at Bain and I'm eager to help you too. Through my 10 years there I was on multiple recruiting school teams, served as an interviewer, and ultimately helped run the bi-annual performance evaluation process. I have an incredibly refined instinct on what it takes to succeed and have mastered coaching the skills that are expected of our new ACs and Cs. I get joy from helping others succeed and cherish a 1:1 setting to dive deep. In addition to mentoring, I am a trained in the Co-Active Institute style of leadership coaching.

During my time as a consultant at BCG, I was deeply involved in recruiting, including leading undergraduate recruiting for my office and spearheading recruiting efforts for my alma mater, Dartmouth. I also interviewed with both McKinsey and Bain. Now, I work with candidates to strengthen cover letters and resumes and to excel in both case and behavioral interviews for consulting roles. I specialize in a fundamentals-based case method style, teaching students how to approach cases in a logical and repeatable way.

The key advantage of working with me, compared to traditional courses or AI-based practice, is that I do not train logic alone, but the human dimensions that most often become real obstacles in interviews: the ability to accept early setbacks and learn from mistakes, to build self-confidence and communicate it effectively, and to articulate and value one’s own profile. Another fundamental difference is the distinction between studying frameworks or concepts and truly integrating them until they become second nature. This is almost a “meta” skill: understanding the rules of the game from a higher level. That is precisely what I help candidates develop. Each case is unique. When you fully master the material, you shift into the role of an external observer—understanding not only the rules, but also anticipating the flow of the case and its final resolution.
