My experience extends to strategic roles at Brighton Park Capital (growth equity investing) and UnitedHealth Group (internal consulting team), where I currently lead corporate strategy. Having pivoted mid-career into consulting, put my time in at BCG, and exited as a venture-backed founder and entrepreneur, I have personal experience across the entire consulting career lifecycle, with a special awareness that many people seek consulting as a launching pad, not as a lifelong vocation. I've provided case interview preparation for hundreds of candidates who have gone on to BCG, McKinsey, Bain, Deloitte, Strategy&, LEK, and other top-tier firms. I've also worked directly with BCG recruiters on the back end of the recruiting process and continue to retain a robust network within many top firms, ranging from undergrad hires to partners. More broadly, I am incredibly passionate about coaching beyond the nuts and bolts of interview prep. I am also an executive and career coach, working primarily with mid-career professionals (often from tech and consulting backgrounds) to develop professional clarity, an improved sense of personal agency, and increased leadership and executive capacity.

In Fall 2017, I was able to secure an offer from McKinsey (the only consulting firm to which I applied, actually!) after being "late to the game" of consulting recruiting. Since then, I have practiced cases and otherwise advised dozens of candidates. I can help candidates focus on the most salient skills for successful recruiting in this industry.

I have the unique blend of transitioning to PM from a sales engineering -> management consulting -> Amazon product manager role. Aside from the coaching in my weekly 1:1's with the two junior PM's I manage, I also conduct learning sessions with my alumni org (illinoispm.com) of 20-30 university students, and I regularly mentor over 50+ students at Carlmont High School. Throughout my entire 10 year career, I have also had 30+ informal sessions to help friends and family optimize their resumes for ATS, and specific job roles.
