As a McKinsey interviewer for 2 years, I possess a deep understanding of what consulting firms look for in candidates, how the recruitment process works, and the common pitfalls that applicants often encounter. Throughout my career, I have primarily focused on working with banks and consumer-facing products, engaging in projects that encompass traditional consulting strategy as well as new product launches.
