For 10 years at Google, I accelerated learning and performance for thousands of employees at scale and instituted cultural practices to spur novel innovations like self-driving cars. I've also coached over 100 leaders in 1:1 sessions, helping them navigate transitions, overcome limiting beliefs, define values, clarify vision, align work with their life vision, and more. When I coach, I take a "whole person" approach, which allows us to look for patterns that might show up across multiple dimensions of your life (e.g. relationships, career, health, etc) so you can make breakthroughs across multiple areas at once. I’ve navigated competitive career paths from both sides: as a candidate pursuing finance roles, and as an investor evaluating people, companies, and opportunities professionally.
