Amanda is an executive and leadership coach, organizational development leader, and educator who works at the intersection of leadership, coaching, and learning. With over 25 years of experience in corporate retail, Amanda has served both as a senior business leader driving enterprise-wide system implementations and large-scale change initiatives and as a business manager navigating the realities of transformation. As the Air Force Coaching and Mentoring Program Manager, I stood up and scaled one of the largest internal coaching ecosystems in the federal government, growing the program to over 1,500 credentialed coaches and over 13,000 clients across the enterprise. That experience gave me a rare operational perspective on coaching: I didn't just practice it, I architected the systems, training pipelines, and governance frameworks that made it sustainable at scale. To deepen my practice, I pursued and earned both the International Coaching Federation Associate Certified Coach (ACC-ICF) and Board Certified Coach (BCC) credentials, grounding my instincts in evidence-based methodology and professional standards. I've spent 20+ years building and leading product organizations at Yahoo, AOL, and high-growth startups including Hightail (CPO), FutureAdvisor (Head of Product, acq. by BlackRock), and Lyra Health (Head of Product). At Lyra, I built the product org serving 20M+ people across 300+ enterprise clients; at Hightail, I led the pivot from legacy file-sharing to the collaboration platform that became the foundation for its OpenText acquisition. Deep experience leading AI/ML product strategy, 0-to-1 product development, cross-functional team building, and scaling through growth. Since 2020, I've coached 100+ product and design leaders globally — from first-time leaders to seasoned CPOs — on AI integration, product vision, stakeholder management, and organizational scaling. I also build and ship AI-powered products using Claude Code and LLMs to stay hands-on with the tools I recommend to clients.

I have coached CEOs, Executive Directors, business owners, senior leaders, team leaders, entrepreneurs, and individuals in transition since 2002. I hold multiple professional certifications and adult continuing education certificates, including a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) designation with the International Coaching Federation (ICF), Certified Executive Leadership Coach (CELC) from Ignite Business Partners' Coaching Excellence (ICF Level 2), Certified Professional Coach in Executive Coaching from Rowan College of South Jersey, and Certified Positive Intelligence Coach® (CPQC®). I also have certifications in trauma-informed approaches and inclusive leadership through implementing diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) in the workplace. Additionally, I have an M.S. in Executive Leadership from Champlain College, a B.A. in Political Science/Honors with concentrations in Pre-Law and Women's Studies from Rowan University, and an A.A. in Liberal Arts with a concentration in Business Communications from Rowan College of South Jersey (RCSJ).

I have been trained at J&J in their methodology for creating high-performing teams (Curphy Solutions model). This program offers a rich suite of research-based tools to diagnose sources of team issues and solutions to address them.
