I’m the Founder and Managing Partner of Zeus Global, a technology-focused private equity firm, and a Stanford GSB MBA. Before launching Zeus, I built a non-traditional career across engineering, energy, infrastructure, investing, and entrepreneurship, with experience at Schlumberger, GE, ExxonMobil, Africa Finance Corporation, and LeapFrog Investments. Seven years at Citi before that gave me the kind of finance and leadership track record that admissions committees look for, and I understand exactly how to position one. But my real focus is the part most applicants get wrong: the "why." Schools can spot a generic story instantly. I help you build an essay-and-interview narrative that's sharp, authentic, and impossible to confuse with anyone else's — the difference between a strong profile and an admit.

I'm an enthusiastic and resourceful business professional with a decade of experience in venture capital, entrepreneurship and strategy consulting and an MBA from Harvard Business School. My 99th percentile GMAT score and prior work experience for a test prep company inform my approach to GMAT / GRE prep, but I know that the MBA application process is about more than just a test. I help my clients craft unique, holistic application materials that reflect their qualifications beyond scores and resume bullet points. As part of my admissions guidance I offer career coaching to help clients articulate what they want to get out of their MBA program and why.
