Adam’s MBA Qualifications
I went through the MBA admissions process myself and won a place at London Business School as a Merit Scholar — so I know what a competitive application actually looks like from the inside, not in theory. Seven years at Citi before that gave me the kind of finance and leadership track record that admissions committees look for, and I understand exactly how to position one. But my real focus is the part most applicants get wrong: the "why." Schools can spot a generic story instantly. I help you build an essay-and-interview narrative that's sharp, authentic, and impossible to confuse with anyone else's — the difference between a strong profile and an admit.

About Adam
I help MBA and Master's applicants — and candidates breaking into consulting, banking, and private equity — turn a strong but scattered background into a single, convincing story that wins offers and scholarships. I spent seven years at Citi in EMEA before going to London Business School as a Merit Scholar, with an Executive Leadership Programme at Oxford's Blavatnik School along the way. I cleared the case interviews and won an internship offer at BCG, reached advanced rounds at other top consulting firms, and now work in post-merger integration at Accenture following a live M&A deal — so I coach from current, hands-on exposure to both strategy and execution, not memory. I came to all of this from a Natural Sciences degree at UCL, which means I understand the non-traditional applicant especially well: how to turn an unconventional path into your strongest asset rather than a thing to explain away. I work with candidates worldwide, and I have particularly deep experience supporting international applicants — including many women from the Gulf and emerging markets. I speak Arabic and have spent years working with individuals from the GCC.
Why do I coach?
My edge isn't drilling templates. It's helping you stress-test why you actually want this school, role, or career — the question most candidates never sit with — and then building a narrative that's grounded, coherent, and unmistakably yours. One client came to me after being rejected by two top European universities; we rebuilt her story and her confidence from the ground up, and she's now interviewing at a top 10 B-school with a scholarship on the table. Technique gets you to competent. Clarity and conviction get you the offer.
