As a Stanford MBA (Class of 2013) with a track record of building successful businesses across three continents, I bring a unique blend of admissions insight and real-world experience to MBA coaching. After earning my MBA, I've spent over a decade as a management consultant at Bain & Company, repeat entrepreneur (co-founding two start-ups, including a Nigerian health-tech startup that scaled to $3M ARR and an educational NGO), and strategic leader at high-growth companies. The MBA experience was transformative for me, and I'm passionate about helping others who are seeking to have a positive impact in the world to unlock their full potential. Having successfully guided 5 aspiring MBAs into top-tier programs, I understand what admissions committees are looking for and how to craft compelling narratives that showcase your potential. My coaching approach combines a deep dive into your unique background, an exploration of the schools that would be the best fit for you, and a tailored collaboration to develop the strongest possible application. I have a particular depth of experience working with applicants from West and East Africa, as well as folks from non-traditional professional backgrounds.

I have advised 100+ applicants pursuing MBA and/or MPP applications to top institutions, helping applications secure admissions and a combined $500,000+ in scholarship money. Yes, that's over 10 candidates a year, with most of them receiving some form of financial aid! I will help you ethically secure scholarship funding where possible post-admissions (I.e., only after you've decided which school you'd like to attend!).

I know firsthand how overwhelming it can feel to plan for the future while you’re still figuring out what direction you want to take. When I first began exploring deferred MBA programs, I was in the same place—unsure exactly what I wanted the next few years to look like but eager to create a foundation of security, growth, and access to further education. For me, the process became as much about self-discovery as it was about applications. It pushed me to reflect deeply on what motivates me, where I’ve created impact, and how I want to continue learning. I’m a recent graduate of Dartmouth College where I studiedEnvironmental Studies and Computer Science. My academic path has centered around using data and systems thinking to address environmental and energy challenges. Professionally, I’ve worked at Amazon in their Energy Portfolio Management team, where I built analytical tools that improved renewable energy data systems and helped manage a $X billion portfolio of energy project securities. I’ve also conducted clean energy and sustainability research through nonprofits and coursework, giving me a strong foundation in both the technical and strategic sides of the climate and business landscape. Across these experiences, I’ve developed a skill set that blends analytical rigor, structured problem-solving, and storytelling, skills that are essential not only in business but also in communicating your unique story to MBA admissions committees. I’ve learned how to identify the throughline across diverse experiences and articulate it in a way that feels authentic and intentional. What I bring to coaching is empathy, structure, and clarity. I’ve been through the uncertainty and pressure of trying to “figure it all out” while still in college, and I know that the deferred MBA process can feel abstract or intimidating at times. My goal is to make it approachable, organized, and deeply personal. I graduated from Harvard Business School and have 10+ years of coaching experience. I have helped numerous clients get into Harvard, Stanford, Wharton and M7 as well as land jobs in banking & investing. I previously worked for the University of Michigan career center helping students apply for investment banking jobs and have reviewed hundreds of resumes, cover letters and mock interviews. I have also spent many years working with non-profits such as Synergist to mentor college women interested in business and finance and Minds Matter to help first-generation high school students apply to college. I take a hands-on approach and strive to help every one of my clients reflect their best true potential.

I am a JD / MBA candidate at Harvard Business School and Harvard Law School. I have 5 years of professional experience in high finance.

Having been through the deferred MBA application myself and helping others across multiple application periods, I've come to develop a keen sense as to how to best represent STEM focused undergrads who want to pursue a potential MBA from a T7 school. Additionally, having personal relationships with both HBS and MIT Sloan, I've been able to better understand from the lens of the AO team, how to best maximize ones chances.

Coming from a technical background, I understand how to form a storyline and appeal to business schools through the resume creation process and answering difficult essay questions while weaving in university experiences and credentials. I have had non-traditional roles for MBA admitted students and I believe that I can help the most for students coming from engineering/computer science/data science looking to pivot into a business background.
