I will get you to where you want to be. My time in the Military has thrust me into many unknown situations where there is no clear path and I have charted that course for myself and can help others do the same. Over the course of 2 years I went from not knowing what a GMAT was to Scoring 710 on the GMAT being Accepted to both the University of Chicago Booth and Harvard Business School, and receiving a summer internship offer from both McKinsey and Boston Consulting Group. When I know the where I find the way and I am eager to help both military veterans transitioning and anyone else who is interested in this path. I am a passionate teacher which is why I choose to serve as a Green Beret, and I care deeply about the people I coach and mentor. The greatest job satisfaction is seeing the success of others as you help them to grow and achieve their goals.

I know how overwhelming the graduate school process can feel — because I've spent years on the inside watching talented people struggle to tell their story in a way that truly lands. Having worked in admissions at Georgetown University, the University of Cincinnati, and George Washington University, I've sat across from hundreds of applicants and reviewed thousands of applications. That experience gave me a deep understanding of what committees are genuinely looking for, and more importantly, how to help you present your best self with confidence. My goal has always been to make this process feel less intimidating and more empowering for each student I meet with What drives me is seeing people get into programs they once thought were out of reach. As a current MBA student myself, I haven't forgotten what it's like to be on your side of the process — the self-doubt, the late nights, the endless second-guessing. I've helped students navigate tight deadlines, sharpen their personal statements, and build strategies that resulted in students enrolling in their dream programs. I don't believe in one-size-fits-all advice, because your story is unique and deserves to be told that way. When you work with me, you're getting someone who genuinely cares about where you're headed and will be with you every step of the way.

I began coaching graduate school applicants in 2013, while leading Corporate Fellowship recruiting for Wake Forest's M.S. in Management program. After being admitted to HBS, I was selected by my Section C peers as an Admissions Representative and elected by classmates in the African-American Student Union as the Admissions Ambassador. In these roles, I partnered with the HBS Admissions Office to host tours, connect prospective students with the community, and provide feedback on applications and essays. I served in both capacities for 2 years. Over the past seven years, I've also coached more than 20 MBA candidates on application strategy, narrative development, and resume refinement, helping them earn admission to top programs including HBS, CBS, GSB, Wharton, Tuck, and Georgetown.

I have extensive interviewing experience from throughout my professional career, including MBA admissions interviews, MBB consulting interviews, and behavioral interviews in a variety of forms. I have also given countless mock interviews and have experience giving very detailed, nuanced feedback and tips to help candidates find immediate growth opportunities. I graduated from Chicago Booth's Full Time MBA program in 2018. I was accepted into multiple top tier MBA schools, received significant scholarships to all schools ($275K in total, including the prestigious Siebel Scholarship), and achieved a 760 on the GMAT. While at Booth, I was a Booth Admissions Fellow and conducted over 30 admission interviews for the full time program, including for the Booth Scholars program (deferred admission for undergrad students). Additionally, once accepted, I advised colleagues and friends on the MBA process from school selection to applications to interviews.

I'm a Wharton MBA graduate who has recruited MBA candidates at BCG and done undergraduate admissions interviewing at WashU. I've been on the other side of the table, and I know what evaluators are actually looking for - which is rarely what applicants think it is. I'll help you figure out what genuinely makes you a compelling candidate, where your story has gaps, and how to close them before you submit.
