Since I realized that a thing like a deferred MBA program existed the February of my senior year, I had only 2 months to complete my deferred MBA applications and get a test score. Despite this setback and going into this process alone, I was able to have a successful outcome which I believe was driven through my application essays and interviews.

I was a non-traditional applicant for business school. I was not strong quantitatively, and came from technology sales. I did not have a network of people who had MBAs, and felt like I was drowning. If you are in a similar place, I might be the right coach for you! I will first help you evaluate if an MBA is the best move for you. We can work through each of the reasons people typically get MBAs. I am happy to share my experience as well. If an MBA is your decided next step, I will help you craft a narrative that showcases your true self to the admissions committee. I was admitted into HBS in Round 1 and waitlisted at Stanford GSB. I’m Tyler—a Wharton MBA/Lauder MA grad who’s been on every side of the MBA journey. I didn’t just navigate the process for myself—I’ve spent years helping others do the same.
