As an alum of Harvard Business and Kennedy Schools, I navigated multiple graduate degree admissions processes. I’ve worked with candidates who have successfully applied to Harvard, Stanford, Wharton, MIT, and other top MBA programs. I started my career at Bain & Company and then worked in tech (biz ops and growth) before grad school. I have been closely involved in civic and public service opportunities including working at the US Treasury and serving as a State Delegate prior to school. While in my three-year MPP and MBA program, I worked in Venture Capital and Growth Equity investing at Norwest Venture Partners, Floodgate Ventures, and Summit Partners. I now run Growth Strategy @ Carta, a $7B tech co in Silicon Valley. I coach in my spare time because I love helping candidates distill their stories and present the best version of themselves to adcoms! When I applied, my partner was also interested in an MBA -- we wanted to maximize our chances of living in the same city during school, which led us to deeply research and contact admissions and alumni at all top 7 MBA programs to ensure we understood how we would be evaluated. After hundreds of hours of research myself, there is nothing I love more than being able to share that knowledge strategically & concisely with applicants. I particularly enjoy working with dual-degree candidates, candidates with public/non-profit sector experience and candidates interested in emerging tech and Venture Capital. As someone who applied with a partner, I can also speak to how various degree programs consider partner applications and strategy around managing dual-MBA families.

MBA from Chicago Booth. I've spent my career at the intersection of strategy and operations — leading GTM strategy at Yext, driving Rokt's $325M Series E to a ~$2B valuation, and running cross-functional strategy and ops as Chief of Staff at Flex. Currently heading up GTM Operations at TLDR Media, where I own revenue operations, pricing strategy, and commercial systems end-to-end. On the coaching side, I've placed candidates into Chicago Booth (5+, including two with scholarships), Harvard Business School, and Stanford GSB — and successfully guided one applicant from a Booth rejection to a Berkeley Haas acceptance. I spent 5 years on the Chicago Booth Admissions Committee, which gives me a direct lens into how top programs evaluate candidates. I was also co-chair of the Booth Entrepreneurship and Venture Capital Club and a TA for Commercializing Innovation and Lab to Launch. If you're targeting M7 or top MBA programs and want honest, specific guidance on positioning, essays, and fit — I've been on both sides of the table.

I’m an HBS MBA, former Deloitte consultant, and former Head of Talent Acquisition at a publicly traded biotech company. I work with people from nontraditional backgrounds who are applying to top MBA programs and need help telling a story that actually stands out. My sweet spot is candidates outside the usual MBB and finance tracks who know they’re strong but aren’t sure how to position themselves. My own path to business school wasn’t typical either. I studied sociology in undergrad and nearly pursued PhD programs before finding my way to HBS. I’ve reviewed thousands of resumes, been published twice, and helped many friends through admissions, including several who got into HBS. If your profile doesn’t immediately scream “top MBA admit” but you know there’s a strong story there, I’d love to help you bring it out.

I went through the MBA admissions process myself and won a place at London Business School as a Merit Scholar — so I know what a competitive application actually looks like from the inside, not in theory. Seven years at Citi before that gave me the kind of finance and leadership track record that admissions committees look for, and I understand exactly how to position one. But my real focus is the part most applicants get wrong: the "why." Schools can spot a generic story instantly. I help you build an essay-and-interview narrative that's sharp, authentic, and impossible to confuse with anyone else's — the difference between a strong profile and an admit.

Welcome! As a current MBA candidate at the MIT Sloan School of Management, I bring both fresh insights and practical experience to the admissions process. My professional background includes business development and tech sales at a leading digital marketing SaaS company and operations management at a fashion-tech startup. Most recently, I serves as a Strategy & Operations MBA Intern at Google, working within the Google Ads division. At Sloan, I hold leadership positions as President of the Retail & Consumer Goods Club and SVP of Admissions for Sloan Women in Management (SWIM), where I work directly with the Admissions Office to recruit and assist candidates. With my Economics & German degree from Middlebury College and multicultural background from the Philippines & Switzerland, I offer a unique perspective on crafting compelling applications. I was invited to interview with all four MBA programs to which I applied (Wharton, HBS, Booth, and Sloan), and I completed this process not too long ago.

Hi, I am a recent graduate of Harvard Business School (MBA '25) who received admittance and over $750k+ in combined scholarship dollars to HBS, Wharton, Chicago Booth, Yale SOM, and Fuqua. During my time at HBS, I was the co-VP of Admissions for the LASO, working hand-in-hand with the HBS admissions team to foster events and outreach. I came to HBS with over 5+years of investment banking experience at Citi and spent my MBA summer as a consultant at Boston Consulting Group (BCG).

I am a great MBA coach because of the unique process and framework I developed and followed to obtain admission to multiple top 10 MBA programs. I come from a low-income first generation immigrant and college student background. I have experienced first hand what it's like to undergo the application process as an underdog by multiple measures and emerge victorious. I know how to navigate the common pitfalls and how to build a competitive application that punches above its weight. In addition, I have a passion for passing on the torch to the next generation and pulling folks up as I climb. In my free time I coach/mentor multiple students and professionals that share my background and have repeatedly heard from them that my advice, clear communication, and encouragement was instrumental in helping them achieve their academic and career goals.
