I grew up in Russia and I had the privilege of studying at the Higher School of Economics, where I graduated with honors. My career began at EY - Transaction Advisory Services in Moscow, where I juggled a demanding full-time job with a full-time master’s program. In 2017, my work paid off with an international transfer to EY Boston. By 2022, I had realized a dream by joining the MBA program at Harvard Business School. Beyond my professional life, I’ve spent the last 15 years mentoring students in Moscow and Boston through UStrive, and engaging in social consulting projects with non-profits in Boston.

I graduated from Harvard Business School and have 10+ years of coaching experience. I have helped numerous clients get into Harvard, Stanford, Wharton and M7 as well as land jobs in banking & investing. I previously worked for the University of Michigan career center helping students apply for investment banking jobs and have reviewed hundreds of resumes, cover letters and mock interviews. I have also spent many years working with non-profits such as Synergist to mentor college women interested in business and finance and Minds Matter to help first-generation high school students apply to college. I take a hands-on approach and strive to help every one of my clients reflect their best true potential.

I am an HBS 2+2 admit with acceptances from several other top deferred programs (Wharton, Booth, Kellogg, Columbia, and Berkeley) and am also a recipient of both the Schwarzman Scholarship and Princeton in Asia Fellowship. I have extensive experience with crafting personal statements, securing letters of recommendation, preparing for behavioral interviews, and general application strategy. Although each deferred admissions application has its own idiosyncrasies, they all require you to tell your unique story through a combination of essays, recommendations, and other aspects of the application — I can help you present your best, most polished self for your strongest chance at success!

I just completed one of the most competitive MBA application cycles in history, earning admission to MIT Sloan (where I'll be attending), Columbia Business School, Kellogg, Booth, and Stern—with interviews at 6 of the 7 M7 schools I applied to. But what truly qualifies me as a coach isn't just my own success—it's my passion for teaching. I currently guest lecture at UC Berkeley's Haas School of Business and have spent years mentoring Accenture analysts, teaching underprivileged children in India, and leading pro-bono consulting projects. My family's legacy in education taught me that the best coaches don't just know the material; they genuinely care about their students' success. As a strategy consultant at Accenture for 4 years, I've honed the storytelling, analytical, and strategic thinking skills that make MBA applications successful. I've lived this process recently and intimately, tackling diverse essay formats and navigating competitive interview processes.
