I am in my first year at Kellogg and can teach you the tricks that admissions committees are looking for. I will help you with your essays and resume, prep you for your interviews, and discuss your overall strategy and recommendations. I can also help you think about how you can position yourself for scholarships, and which you will be eligible for.

Coming from a non-target undergraduate institution and non-target work place I secured admission at MIT and Harvard and know how difficult it is to do so. I can help you tell your story and really stand out. I make things accessible and break them down into bite sized goals to help you put your best foot forward. While in my MBA program I worked at Bridgewater Associates and then had offers from Goldman Sachs TMT SF and Morgan Stanley Tech Investment banking groups. I also won the P.D. Soros Fellowship for New Americans (1% acceptance rate, $90,000) and the Zuckerman Fellowship (full ride at Harvard + Stanford), which helped fund a large part of my graduate degree.

I have in depth experience in coaching and mentoring, specifically in the MBA admissions space. I've gone through the process myself with huge success, I've coached prospective students through private coaching, as part of corporate coaching programs, and in support of the HBS admissions process. The reason I think I stand out and have found success as a coach is because I work hard to gain a true understanding of the applicant; to understand their motivations, values, drivers, strengths, and weaknesses. All of that is critical to craft a strong application for elite schools, but maybe more importantly it is critical to provide you the best support that I can. I have completed my MBA at Stanford and an MPA at the Harvard Kennedy School, and I was a Recruiting Director for BCG Boston's Empower program - a recruiting program focusing on Black and Latinx MBA candidates. I have a lot of experience supporting individuals with non-traditional backgrounds who are considering an MBA or a career in consulting. I have also supported a lot of candidates from Latin America, and coming from minority backgrounds. Since 2017, I have advised 10+ individuals applying to top MBA programs. For example, during my time at BCG, I have helped associates applying to top schools, deciding whether to pursue a dual-degree, choosing schools etc. I have also supported members of other networks who were interested in applying, especially from Latin America. Some of my coachees have been admitted to top schools, such as Stanford, MIT, HBS, Wharton and others.

At HBS, I served as President of the Entertainment & Media Club and as VP of Admissions for the African American Student Union, and in both roles I coached students through the MBA decision process and application strategy.
