As a current fourth-year medical student at Tufts University School of Medicine, I have a strong background in mentoring and teaching, particularly in the college admissions process. During my time as president of the Pre-Medical Honor Society at Vanderbilt University, I helped peers and mentees navigate the medical school application process, from crafting their personal statements to preparing for the MCAT. At Tufts, I was president of our Tutoring Club, I worked closely with students from a local inner-city school. I helped them identify their goals and develop strategies to achieve them, whether it was SAT/ACT prep, brainstorming essay ideas, or editing secondary essays. This further honed my skills in refining personal statements and framing applications to highlight each student's unique strengths. I'm passionate about meeting students where they are and helping them through the college admissions journey and am here to help you craft a compelling application. I hold an MBA from UCLA, a Certificate in College Counseling from UCSD, and a bachelor's from Wellesley College.

I achieved the highest possible level of scholarship (Presidential Scholarship, "Thomas S. Monson Scholar") coming into undergraduate study at Brigham Young University (BYU), awarded to only 50 students in each incoming class of 7000+ students. Hello! I've gone through the application process for getting into school 4 times in the past decades. I've earned degrees from Stanford University (BS), Georgia Institute of Technology (MS), and Harvard University (MBA and MS). I especially enjoy writing and editing essays; I had my undergraduate essay for Stanford featured in a book titled "50 successful Stanford Application Essays : Write Your Way Into the College of your Choice", was a finalist for the Boothe Prize for Excellence in Freshman Writing, and scored in the 99% percentile for verbal reasoning on both the GMAT and SAT.
