I worked directly with 50 scholars from under-resourced backgrounds to support their college application process through identifying goals, advising scholars through the application and financial aid process, discussing needs and wants in their institutions, and distilling a list of institutions that provide a good “fit” to which they should apply. 98% of students were admitted to a “most competitive college” as identified by Barron’s. 69% were admitted to at least one Ivy League institution, MIT, or Stanford.

4 years ago, I got into every UC I applied to. Now as a senior at UCLA, I want to help mentor students on how to get into their dream school. From crafting your personal statement to refining extracurriculars, I want to be a guide to underclassmen in their college decision journey.

I became an Independent Educational Counselor when I noticed a dearth of college admissions counselors with their own STEM backgrounds and experience. I believe aspiring STEM majors deserve not just a counselor, but a mentor who’s been there and really understands them. I’ve combined my STEM education and career experience with deep knowledge of how to gain admission and succeed in today’s STEM higher education system to provide tailored services that meet the specific needs of STEM students. My Admissions Counseling services help families through the stressful process of applying to STEM college programs. I understand your aspiring STEM major far better than an ordinary counselor could. I serve as a role model and mentor for my students through this formative period, all for the same or less than generic counselors. I also leverage my massive network of STEM professionals, including college professors and industrial scientists and engineers, to make introductions for my students and obtain important perspectives and info about STEM majors, college programs, and careers.

With a Bachelor's degree from Wellesley College, where I was actively involved in student organizations and served on the admissions committee, I have a deep understanding of the college admissions process. My professional journey includes strategic roles at Amazon and PwC, where I honed my skills in operations management and digital health strategy. With my MBA from the Haas School of Business, I bring a unique blend of academic and professional insights to my coaching.
