I am a strong mental health coach because I approach well-being through clarity, self-awareness, and sustainable change—not quick fixes. A big part of why I coach in this space is because I’ve lived it. I’ve gone through seasons where stress, pressure, and expectations were stacked on top of each other, and I didn’t know how to slow down. I’ve dealt with anxiety, burnout, and moments where life felt heavier than I wanted to admit. Learning how to navigate those moments, rebuild myself, and come out stronger became one of the most important parts of my growth. On the professional side, I’ve spent over a decade leading large teams in high pressure environments where mental wellness is often ignored until it becomes a problem. I’ve coached leaders through self doubt, impostor syndrome, tough transitions, and the emotional weight that comes with managing people. I’m also a certified leadership coach with a degree in Leadership Studies and now working toward my master’s in Organizational Development.
