20+ people coached for Mental Health & Wellness
I am a certified ADHD coach with ongoing CPDs in Neurodiversity in Coaching, and an ICF-certified Executive Coach. I also work as a corporate speaker on Neurodiversity in the Workplace, supporting individuals and organisations to better understand and work with neurodivergent minds. Alongside coaching, I am a wellness practitioner specialising in stress management, nervous-system regulation, and mindfulness practices designed specifically for active, fast-moving minds. My work integrates evidence-based coaching with practical tools that support focus, emotional regulation, and sustainable performance. In addition to professional training, my work is informed by lived experience of ADHD and by parenting an AuDHD child, giving me a practical, real-world understanding of neurodivergent needs across life stages.

About Lisa
My path to coaching has been shaped by a blend of professional leadership, personal transition, and a deep respect for how people actually change. I began my career as a lawyer and later worked in leadership and HR roles at Amazon, where I spent years advising, mentoring, and supporting people through complex decisions and high-pressure environments. Over time, I became more interested in how people arrive at clarity than in giving answers. Coaching allows me to create space for reflection, regulation, and honest self-inquiry, so clients can reconnect with their own judgment and move forward with confidence. I’m a certified executive coach (Henley Business School), a certified ADHD coach, and a trained yoga and meditation teacher, which informs my practical, embodied approach. Today, through Reunion Wellness Studio, I work with clients who want thoughtful, grounded support — blending structure with humanity, insight with action, and ambition with balance.
Why do I coach?
I coach because I’ve seen, again and again, how powerful it is when someone has space to think clearly and be truly heard. Throughout my career as a lawyer and later in leadership and HR roles, I was often in advisory and mentoring positions, and I saw how much people changed when they were supported rather than directed. I’ve also personally benefited from coaching and mentoring during periods of transition, when having a steady, thoughtful partner made the difference between reacting and choosing intentionally. Coaching matters to me because it helps people reconnect with their own judgment and move forward in ways that feel both grounded and sustainable.
