Tiffany has helped clients get into these companies:
My experience includes consulting on high-visibility work with Google, Nestlé, Loblaw, Spin Master, Gildan Activewear, XPRIZE Foundation, and more. I've co-authored a white paper with Google on plastics circularity, published a technical paper in the Oxford Academic Journal on the economic evaluation of CO₂ derived materials, and was interviewed as a thought leader for one of Canada’s grocery industry magazines. Educated as an engineer and trained in coaching & facilitation, I've spent 10 years working in strategy consulting and corporate sustainability, spending >100 hours in executive leadership and Board rooms, facilitating discussions and decisions on corporate strategies for multinational companies. About Tiffany
Today, scaling impact through people is at the heart of my work. I coach sustainability professionals in their 30s and 40s, particularly high performers navigating career growth and burnout, as well as executives navigating strategy, influence, and workplace dynamics. I began my career with a degree in chemical engineering and stepped into a boutique sustainability strategy consulting firm as the first hire after the founder. I built the foundation of an advisory practice, shaping our service offerings, hiring and developing a high-performing team, and delivering high quality work - that business was later acquired by Ernst & Young where I continued to work as a Director, ESG Strategy. Over the last 10 years, my work has taken me to the leading edge of corporate sustainability strategy, partnering with multi-billion-dollar, globally recognized companies such as Google, Nestlé, Gildan, Loblaw, and Spin Master on high-visibility, first-of-their-kind analyses that shape the industry and drive enterprise-level decisions. I've also co-authored a white paper with Google, published in the Oxford Academic Journal, and was interviewed by an industry magazine.
Why do I coach?
I strongly believe that you don’t need another training program or course - what you need is hands-on experience and opportunities to apply yourself with the right support to help you figure it out along the way. Working in corporate sustainability is meaningful, but the journey can feel lonely and under-resourced. For many years, I felt that myself. Eventually, I reached a point of burnout and had to take a mental health leave. I felt snuffed out, as if I've lost my spark and all my energy, and I had to rebuild myself from the ground up. Everything I worked on was first-of-its-kind so there was no roadmap and no one to learn from. Even though I always figured things out (and gained this reputation among my clients), I really wish I had someone to bounce ideas off, a sounding board to help me see what I might be missing, and navigate stress more effectively. That’s why I coach. I help professionals in sustainability navigate uncharted territory, clarify their next steps, and expand their influence - all while maintaining work life balance and feeling supported.
Work Experience

Founder and Principal
All Aligned
January 2026 - Present
A sustainable future can’t be built alone - especially without buy-in and alignment. I partner with multinational, consumer-facing companies to turn sustainability ambitions into real world changes - properly resourced, driven by shared effort, and built to sustain. You can work with me in one of three ways: ⦿ Facilitation – I design and lead structured workshops for senior leadership teams to drive alignment, clarify priorities, and make decisions. Sessions often include pre-work interviews. ⦿ Embedded Advisory – I integrate directly into your in-house ESG team to build up their capacity, guiding staff through strategy, alignment, and execution. I coach the team while providing hands-on support as needed. ⦿ 1:1 Coaching – I work with individual ESG professionals who want tailored guidance that applies to their role & responsibilities. Funding for this support may be available through a professional development fund or learning budget. I strongly believe sustainability professionals don’t need another training program or course - they need hands-on experience and opportunities to apply themselves, with the right support so they can figure it out along the way.

Founder
Uplift Collective
January 2025 - Present
In 2025, I founded Uplift Collective as a supportive community for early- and mid-career professionals working in corporate sustainability. While the work is meaningful, the journey can feel lonely and under-resourced. We gather for authentic support, community coffee chats, and member-led socials, with the broader vision of building a global network of local chapters to foster in-person connection. Uplift Collective is steadily becoming the 'go-to' 3rd space for sustainability professionals to connect, share ideas, and drive meaningful impact within their own spheres of influence.
