Wesley’s Mental Health & Wellness Qualifications
Coaches professionally
Experience level: Director
My work in the mental performance space is grounded in the adventure-driven athlete model—the belief that endurance challenges are a powerful vehicle for building clarity, confidence, and resilience that extend far beyond sport. After 25 years leading in high-pressure operational environments and a lifetime of endurance sports pursuits, I’ve seen that performance is ultimately driven by mindset: how we think under stress, how we respond to setbacks, and how clearly we stay connected to our purpose. I coach athletes and high-performing professionals to define meaningful goals, align their effort with what matters most, and develop the mental discipline to stay steady when conditions get hard—physically, professionally, or personally. I combine professional coaching credentials, including iPEC Certified Professional Coach and Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner, with a mindset-first approach to performance. I help clients reframe limiting beliefs, manage internal pressure, build confidence through intentional goal-setting, and cultivate the resilience required for long-horizon pursuits. The focus is not just on finishing an event, but on who they become in the process—more self-aware, more adaptable, and more capable of navigating challenge with clarity and choice. Because the real outcome of an adventure isn’t the finish line—it’s the stronger leader and more resilient person you become along the way.

About Wesley
I’m an Executive and Mindset Coach with 25 years of experience as a U.S. Navy Surface Warfare Officer, where I led high-performing teams in complex, high-stakes environments around the world. I specialize in helping driven professionals develop clarity under pressure, regulate their energy, and lead with intention—especially when the demands are high and the path forward isn’t obvious. I received my Certified Professional Coach (CPC) through iPEC's Coach Training Program (125+ hours of instruction). My coaching blends strategic leadership, mental resilience, and deep self-awareness to help clients move from pressure to choice, from effort to alignment, and from success to sustainable fulfillment. I partner with leaders who are ready to elevate how they think, decide, and show up—so they can lead themselves well and positively impact everything around them.
Why do I coach?
I coach because I’ve seen firsthand how clarity, mindset, and self-leadership determine performance when the stakes are high. After 25 years leading in complex, high-pressure environments, I know that success without alignment eventually leads to burnout or stagnation. Coaching allows me to help people slow down their thinking, reconnect to their values, and lead from choice rather than pressure. I’m driven by watching capable, driven individuals unlock a higher level of presence, resilience, and confidence. At its core, I coach to help people become the kind of leaders who elevate themselves—and everyone around them.
