Having started my career at Deloitte Consulting (from analyst to manager/case leader), I understand how to get into a top consulting firm and how to leverage those skills to accelerate your career. My goal is to empower leaders like you to accelerate your consulting careers, overcome challenges, and achieve meaningful personal and professional growth. Throughout my career, I have held leadership roles at top companies such as Deloitte, Bill.com, Intuit, LinkedIn, and PayPal. At Bill.com, as VP of Product Management, I played a key role in driving the company’s revenue growth by over 10x to >$1B ARR. These experiences have equipped me with a deep understanding of what it takes to lead with impact, drive innovation, and build high-performing teams. I hold an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Computer Engineering from the University of Waterloo. Drawing on my own non-linear career journey, I provide personalized coaching to help leaders stand out, achieve their next promotion, plan strategic career moves, or prepare for new and exciting roles.

In Fall 2017, I was able to secure an offer from McKinsey (the only consulting firm to which I applied, actually!) after being "late to the game" of consulting recruiting. Since then, I have practiced cases and otherwise advised dozens of candidates. I can help candidates focus on the most salient skills for successful recruiting in this industry.

I'm a former Associate Partner at McKinsey (12 years, energy & industrials), where I conducted 50+ real interviews: case and PEI, from entry-level Analysts to Engagement Managers, across both generalist and expert tracks. Per McKinsey's internal calibration reports, I scored stricter than the average interviewer, so I know exactly where the bar sits, and I won't tell you you're ready when you're not. I'm also a trained executive coach. That combination matters: most coaches can tell you what went wrong in a case. My job is to change how you perform under pressure incl. structure, math, business judgment, fit stories, and the top-down presence partners expect — so the fix sticks on interview day. Sessions are built around a first diagnostic mock, then a focused plan on your actual gaps — no generic framework drilling.
