I am a Co-Active certified, International Coaching Federation accredited executive coach with a background in mindfulness and movement. My background also includes 2 years as an Associate Consultant at a boutique strategy consulting firm, as well as 9 years at the Bridgespan Group (sibling to Bain & Co.) post-MBA where I was promoted from Consultant, to Case Team Leader, to Principal. I have deep experience in the consulting lifecycle, including recruiting, onboarding, promotion. While at Bridgespan, I led Associate Consultant and Consultant recruiting for our office, coordinating closely with global operations. I reviewed resumes and interviewed hundreds of candidates, both in case interviews and behavioral interviews. I also was a trainer for new consultants at Bain & Co., with which Bridgespan shares training. I led mentoring efforts for Associate Consultants and Consultants, staffed case teams, and also led performance review discussions. I worked in management consulting for five years across a variety of roles - as a Business Analyst, Engagement Manager, and in the office of the CEO at McKinsey & Company. I was also able to do a secondment at the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation for a year. At McKinsey, I was a Faculty member who led first and second-year analyst trainings and conducted hundreds of hours of interview coaching. And in college at the University of Michigan, I peer coached dozens of students to offers at McKinsey, Bain, BCG, Accenture, Strategy&, and Deloitte.

If you're from an Ivy, do not reach out. I know what it takes to break into management consulting from a non-target background because I’ve done it myself. Coming from a Georgia State, without a built-in pipeline to MBB, I had to find my own path—learning how to network, tell my story, and master the consulting interview process. From a non-target university to McKinsey was not an obvious path, and it’s one I want to help others navigate with more confidence and clarity.
