I joined BCG in Atlanta as an Associate. I spent 6 years working at the firm, earning promotions to Consultant and Project Leader before pivoting to Corporate Strategy. I focused my time on Growth Strategy, Private Equity Advisory (PIPE), and Digital Product Management (via BCG X, formerly known as BCG Digital Ventures). I served as an interviewer for official candidates and logged several hours of case interview prep throughout my time at BCG.

I’m a former Project Leader at BCG with deep experience in consulting and helping candidates succeed in consulting interviews. I’ve served as an interviewer for associate roles and have also delivered 30+ mock interviews for prospective candidates. I also served as one of the two Wharton MBA recruiting leads for my office, where I conducted coffee chats, coordinated outreach, supported interview prep, and partnered with firm leadership to identify and prepare top candidates. Before BCG, I received my MBA from Wharton where I was an active member of the Consulting Club. During my second year, I served as a case coach, running 50+ practice cases with first-year students. Across both experiences, I’ve developed a sharp sense for what makes candidates stand out—structured thinking, clear communication, and calm under pressure. I am a Co-Active certified, International Coaching Federation accredited executive coach with a background in mindfulness and movement. My background also includes 2 years as an Associate Consultant at a boutique strategy consulting firm, as well as 9 years at the Bridgespan Group (sibling to Bain & Co.) post-MBA where I was promoted from Consultant, to Case Team Leader, to Principal. I have deep experience in the consulting lifecycle, including recruiting, onboarding, promotion. While at Bridgespan, I led Associate Consultant and Consultant recruiting for our office, coordinating closely with global operations. I reviewed resumes and interviewed hundreds of candidates, both in case interviews and behavioral interviews. I also was a trainer for new consultants at Bain & Co., with which Bridgespan shares training. I led mentoring efforts for Associate Consultants and Consultants, staffed case teams, and also led performance review discussions.
