I've worked both sides of consulting: I interned at BCG in Africa during my MBA, and I'm currently in post-merger integration at Accenture, doing live strategy-and-execution work following an M&A deal — so the cases I coach reflect how consultants actually think today, not stale frameworks from a guidebook. I coach end-to-end: resume, case, and fit. My difference is that I don't just drill structure — I teach the commercial judgment and executive communication that separate candidates who sound rehearsed from candidates who sound like they could already do the job. I have over eight years of strategy consulting experience at Deloitte, from campus-hire analyst to post-MBA engagement manager. I was a consistent top-performer throughout my tenure, accepted into Deloitte Consulting’s MBA sponsorship program before attending the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business full-time MBA program. I led projects in growth strategy and transformation, helping VP+ clients define how to grow top line numbers as well as find efficiencies. This includes Board of Director material prep, workshops to plot courses for growth and opportunity identification, prioritization, and operationalization.

I successfully recruited at Bain and McKinsey (as well as other non-MBB firms), and spent several years in consulting in Bain's New York office. There, I reviewed resumes as part of Bain's Associate Consultant recruiting process and have six years of experience coaching candidates (through the initial preparation, resume review, case interview, and decision-making processes). I've run hundreds of mock case interviews, and I pride myself on providing detailed, actionable feedback.

After rigorous training on how to interview for the top-tier consulting firms, I ran over 140 case studies with peers to prepare myself and my peers for interviews.
