I was part of the first cohort of People Advisory Services (PAS) intern class (interned there twice before joining full time) and helped build out several internal programs within PAS. I spent over two years full time and an additional summer internship at BCG as an Associate, heavily focused on Strategy development and Transformation execution. Earning the highest possible performance placement consecutively, I helped coach peers in L&D sessions and was involved in recruiting efforts at the firm. During my time at Emory's Goizueta Business School I lead the Goizueta Consulting Group in establishing a mentorship program, developed new curricula, and led live practice interviews, all aimed at enhancing students’ readiness for case and behavioral interviews. Additionally, as the Co-lead for Goizueta Business School's Career Management Coaches, I specialized in preparing students for consulting interviews, guiding a team of coaches to provide targeted support. In my own recruitment process, I received multiple offers and had final round interviews at all of the MBB. Simply put, I know what it takes to be hired and perform as a consultant at the world's best firms.

I spent 3 years at McKinsey & Company, in the Chicago and Nairobi offices. I was among the first cohort of BAs ever trained to be case interviewers. I then spent 2 years interviewing on behalf of offices in the US, Europe, and Africa for roles ranging from summer interns through advanced/mid-career hires. Prior to becoming an interviewer, I led sourcing, resume reviews, and coaching across several recruiting cycles for intern and full-time candidates at the undergraduate and advanced degree levels. As a coach, I've helped successful MBB applicants land internships, entry-level, and post-MBA roles after working with them to perfect resumes, networking strategies, and behavioral stories, as well as nailing the case.
