With a robust background in management consulting, I bring over six years of experience at McKinsey & Company, where I rose to Associate Partner in <4 years after joining post-MBA as an Associate. My focus was on manufacturing and supply chain within the Operations practice, but I was involved in recruiting efforts across all practices, both generalist consultants and technical/specialist roles. I have given 100+ interviews and was extremely involved in recruiting, acting as recruiting lead for Chicago in some capacity from 2021-2025. As an incoming Summer Associate at BCG and former Summer Analyst at McKinsey, I bring firsthand experience successfully landing 2/3 MBB offers coming from a non-target school and non-traditional background, in the most recent 2024-2026 recruiting cycles. I've gone through to final round interview processes for all three MBB firms, have administered 100+ cases, and successfully coached peers to secure MBB final round interviews and full time offers. As Executive Vice President of the premier UCI branch of 180 Degrees Consulting, I've personally developed an intensive 8-week training curriculum for incoming consultant cohorts, providing 1-1 skill development in frame-working, market-sizing, case math, and behavioral interviews for 30+ individuals. I continue to provide tailored career coaching, resume review, and case interview practice to active club members. I've spent 6 years tutoring advanced K-12 students for rigorous college placement, AP, and IB exams and have developed systems for coaching people with different learning styles. I've worked with several neurodivergent students with autism, ADHD, and OCD to leverage their unique strengths and achieve competitive goals.

I'm passionate about case coaching and helping people achieve their career goals. I got my start coaching for consulting over a decade ago, when I founded an organization called Texas MCA that is now the leading pipeline from the University of Texas at Austin into MBB consulting. I then went on to have a long career in consulting in which I learned a lot about business, myself, and recruiting. Over the years, I reviewed 2-3k resumes, interviewed 200-300 prospective Bain consultants, and hired 50-60 Bainies in total. Bain is a special place, but so is McKinsey where I interned before joining Bain. Happy to help with BCG as well.

In Fall 2017, I was able to secure an offer from McKinsey (the only consulting firm to which I applied, actually!) after being "late to the game" of consulting recruiting. Since then, I have practiced cases and otherwise advised dozens of candidates. I can help candidates focus on the most salient skills for successful recruiting in this industry.

I started my career at McKinsey & Company, where I was a top-rated consultant throughout my tenure. Alongside client work, I partnered closely with our recruiting team and even worked on an internal recruiting project, which gave me deep insight into exactly what consulting firms look for in candidates.
