I bring with me over 15 years of Leadership Development coaching experience, having worked with leaders at all levels. My clients have hailed from nearly all of World's top companies and within nearly every major industry. I have a far reaching global footprint, having coached clients and leaders from over 60+ countries and counting (I've coached leaders from every Continent except Antarctica!). In addition to my coaching expertise and experience, I also bring with me my 12+ years of corporate Learning & Development experience at one of the Big 4 professional services firms (PwC). I've supported leaders at all levels with strategy planning, career progression planning (for self and their director reports), interpersonal and professional skills development, giving timely and actionable feedback, delegating effectively and purposefully, overcoming imposter syndrome, and much, much, more. I'm known for, and receive consistent feedback around, being able to synthesize client issues to the finest point and help them connect the necessary dots to move things toward action, all while providing helpful tools and frameworks to support their endeavors. With a distinguished career in sales leadership, I have made significant contributions to renowned brands including LinkedIn, The Economist, and Ziff Davis. I have a long track record of achieving results by guiding individuals toward elevated performance, growth, and self-awareness. My corporate background includes leading teams to record revenue achievements and spearheading strategies for growth. During my decade-long tenure at LinkedIn, I was part of the sales launch team for sponsored content; led a large global cross-functional sales team dedicated to supporting LinkedIn's largest customers; and played a critical leadership role in building a North America key account sales organization. I honed my expertise in relationship building and growth strategies by engaging with C-level and other high-level executives at Fortune 500 companies. My sustained high-performance garnered recognition as a top global sales performer for multiple consecutive years. At The Economist, I served as the head of sales for advertising, research, and events in the Western United States and Latin America where I developed and executed a new global sales strategy. Under my leadership, the sales team achieved consecutive years of record revenue sales. Prior to The Economist, I dedicated seven-plus years at Ziff Davis to building, training, and coaching top-tier advertising-sales organizations. Today, my mission is to leverage my extensive corporate sales leadership experience along with the immense potential of executive coaching to enable individuals and organizations to reach their goals, exceed expectations and fulfill their true purpose.
