Before becoming a coach, Serena spent 18 years as a strategy and operations leader across tech, retail, consumer goods, and consulting. She led teams and organizations at companies including Amazon, Audible, Accenture, and high-growth startups, with a focus on operations, retail management, supply chain, and customer experience. Serena holds a BA from Wellesley College, an MBA from The Wharton School, and completed coach training through the Berkeley Executive Coaching Institute. She lives in the San Francisco Bay Area with her husband and two daughters.
Why do I coach?
Throughout my career, what I found most fulfilling wasn’t just solving problems and driving results—it was listening to people’s stories, helping them clarify their goals, and supporting them as they figured out how to get there. On my own growth journey, I experienced the transformative power of getting clear on what truly matters, breaking through limiting narratives, and giving myself permission to explore new possibilities. Those pivotal experiences inspired me to pursue coaching. It’s a way for me to blend my business acumen and leadership experience with a deep passion for helping others grow, both personally and professionally.
