Why do I coach?
Throughout my career, what I found most fulfilling wasn’t just solving business problems and driving results—it was listening to people’s stories, helping them clarify their goals, and supporting them as they figured out how to get there. I also personally worked with a coach four years ago and experienced the transformative power of getting clear on what truly matters, breaking through limiting narratives, and giving myself permission to explore new possibilities. Those pivotal experiences inspired me to pursue coaching. It’s a way for me to blend my business acumen and leadership experience with a deep passion for helping others grow, both personally and professionally.
