Why do I coach?
Coaching has been instrumental in my own life and leadership journey. Early in my career it helped me become the type of leader I wanted to be. When I stepped into more complex organizations and leadership roles, my coach helped me find my own voice and lead from my values. I believe that my clients are creative, resourceful and whole and I'm honored to be part of their journey by providing a sounding board and being a thought partner to help them work through their toughest challenges.
