With over 15 years in the media and adtech space, I have experience building and leading teams at both large organizations, such as Disney and eBay, as well as smaller, early-stage startups. After years of people management in the corporate world, I channeled my passion for helping individuals grow their own careers into my own coaching business aimed at making managers more confident, efficient and effective.

I am a 20+ year sales & marketing executive that has worked at Fortune 500 companies (P&G, Google, and Meta), and have been a Chief Revenue Officer at an AI analytics startup. I have interviewed and managed people at all ends of the spectrum from new hires to VP / excecs, in the US and APAC. I have a passion for developing others and helping the next generation of leaders to succeed. My purpose in life is to help people connect the dots to breathe life into their imagined futures. I believe my frameworks can also help people figure out what they want out of their careers and personal success / happiness.

I earned my bachelor’s degree in sociology with honors from the University of Chicago and my master’s degree in public policy from Duke University. I have also received training in Cognitive Coaching and Adaptive Schools from the Thinking Collaborative. I am a Certified Career Services Provider (CCSP) with training in Facilitating Career Development from the National Career Development Association (NCDA).

I've reinvented my career more times than I can count, and every single pivot meant entering both a new function and a new market. I started in marketing in Taiwan, moved into chief of staff and e-commerce operations, then joined Google, first in product operations in Hong Kong covering APAC, then in sales for China. Later, I transitioned into product management with no technical background, eventually becoming a Senior Technical PM at Amazon in New York. Along the way, I co-founded a consulting firm, published two books, and recently left corporate to launch my own startup. No transition came with a clear roadmap. I know what it feels like to be stuck, uncertain, and wondering "what's next?" I hold an MBA from Wharton, a Master's in Education from Penn, and am a professionally trained Co-Active coach.
