I have never believed in a linear career. I began in consulting, where I learned to think in structured problems and measurable outcomes. I then moved closer to operators, building products inside startups and understanding what it takes to turn ideas into execution. Along the way, I explored public policy, studied psychology to better understand human decision making, run a startup, and spent time inside a VC evaluating founders from the other side of the table. Because I have tested different paths myself, I understand the uncertainty, ambition, and self doubt that often come with big career moves. I know what it feels like to question direction, to compare options, and to weigh risk against growth. That perspective allows me to coach with empathy and rigor.
